Enterprise AI

AI that ships work,
not slideware.

We deploy Claude and AI workflows inside the functions that actually run your company — procedures and SOPs, finance operations, HR, sales, and the training programs we've always built. Working automations, measured results, and a team trained to own them.

Two Pillars — One Studio

The AI was already in the building.

We've been building AI into immersive training for years — the roleplay coaches, scenario engines, and scoring systems inside our sims. Enterprise AI consulting points that same engineering at the rest of your business.

Pillar 01 — Immersive Training

XR training, engineered for industry

VR and AR training for oil & gas, medical, manufacturing, and QSR — with AI coaches, adaptive scenarios, and automated scoring built in from day one. This is where we learned to make AI reliable enough for safety-critical environments.

Pillar 02 — Enterprise AI

The same AI, aimed at your operations

Claude and AI workflows deployed into how your business already runs: procedures and SOPs, finance operations, HR, sales ops. Not a chatbot bolted on the side — automations your team owns and runs every day.

The Method

What an engagement looks like

Four steps. Concrete deliverables at every one.

01

Workflow Audit

We sit with the people who actually do the work and map how it gets done today — the systems, the handoffs, the spreadsheets nobody admits to. You get a workflow inventory, an opportunity map ranked by ROI, and a security review before anything is built.

02

Pilot

We pick the one workflow with the clearest payoff and automate it end-to-end — connected to your real tools and data, not a sandbox demo. You get a working automation in production and a measurement baseline, so results are proven rather than promised.

03

Rollout

What the pilot proved gets hardened and extended to adjacent workflows and teams. You get production deployments, documentation and runbooks, and monitoring — so issues surface to us before they surface to you.

04

Team Enablement

We train your people to run, adjust, and extend what we built — the goal is capability, not dependency. You get hands-on working sessions, a prompt and playbook library, and a clean handoff plan.

Where It Lands

Use cases by function

Real automations we scope, build, and hand over — by department.

Finance

Finance Operations

  • Monthly close reconciliation drafted from raw bank exports
  • Invoice drafting and accounts-receivable follow-up
  • Spend categorization with variance flags for human review
HR

HR & People Ops

  • Onboarding guides generated from your existing SOPs
  • Policy Q&A assistant that cites the actual handbook
  • First-draft review summaries — managers stay the authors
Ops

Procedures & Operations

  • SOP capture from interviews and video, kept versioned
  • Compliance checklists generated from your procedures
  • Shift handoffs and incident reports summarized automatically
L&D — Our Home Turf

Training & L&D

  • AI roleplay coaches for sales calls and tough conversations
  • Scenario generation from your real incident and QA data
  • Rubric-based grading of open-ended assessments
Sales Ops

Sales Operations

  • Proposals and SOWs drafted from call notes and templates
  • CRM hygiene: dedupe, enrichment, follow-up nudges
  • Outreach personalized from genuine account research
Your Function

Don't see yours?

If a workflow runs on documents, data, and repetition, it's probably automatable. The audit exists to find out.

Proof — Our Own Operations

We're our own first client.

We don't sell anything we don't run. These are the AI workflows keeping our own studio moving — imperfect, useful, and improved every month.

Monthly financials, from bank export to report

Our monthly reporting starts as raw bank CSV exports and ends as categorized financials — mapped into our P&L by an AI workflow we built for ourselves. A human reviews every line before the books close: the AI does the assembly, we do the judgment.

An outbound pipeline a small studio can actually run

Our sales pipeline runs on AI-assisted research and outreach — prospects researched and messages personalized at a scale a small team couldn't otherwise reach. A person approves every message before it sends; the AI widens the funnel, it doesn't speak for us.

This website — drafted, built, and QA'd with AI

The site you're reading — pages, blog posts, and the code behind them — comes out of an AI-assisted content and engineering pipeline we run in-house: drafting, page builds, and screenshot-driven QA, with human editing on everything that ships.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What does an AI Readiness Audit cost, and what is included?

The AI Readiness Audit is a fixed $4,500 engagement that runs about two weeks. You get a workflow inventory across the departments we review, an opportunity map ranked by impact and effort, a security and data-handling review, and a prioritized roadmap with ROI estimates for each automation candidate.

Do we need our own Claude or AI licenses?

Not to get started. During an audit or pilot we can run on our own accounts. For production rollouts we set you up with your own Claude or API accounts so you own the data relationship and the costs directly — we handle procurement, configuration, and access controls as part of the engagement.

How long does an AI pilot take?

A typical pilot sprint runs four to six weeks: one to scope and design, two to three to build and integrate, and the remainder to deploy, measure against the baseline, and train your team. You see working software well before the end, not a reveal on the last day.

How do you handle data security and privacy?

Every engagement starts with a data-handling review: what each workflow touches, where that data is allowed to go, and what stays inside your systems. We build on commercial API agreements rather than consumer tools, scope access so the model only sees what a given workflow needs, and document the whole setup so your IT and compliance teams can audit it.

What industries do you work with?

Our training practice serves oil and gas, medical, manufacturing, and quick service restaurants, so we are comfortable in regulated, safety-critical environments. The consulting work — finance, HR, procedures, sales operations — applies to almost any industry, and most engagements focus on those shared back-office functions.

What is the difference between AI consulting and your AI build services?

Our AI build services deliver a defined product — a conversational assistant, an AI coach, or a custom agent — at a fixed scope and price. AI consulting is about your operations: we find the workflows worth automating, build the automations inside your tools and processes, and train your team to run them. Consulting engagements often surface build projects, and builds often lead to broader consulting.

Will AI replace our staff?

No. We design every workflow around augmentation: the AI does the repetitive assembly work — gathering, drafting, reconciling, formatting — and your people keep the judgment calls, approvals, and relationships. Every automation we ship has a named human owner, and nothing goes out the door without one.

How do you measure success?

Before we automate anything, we baseline it: hours spent per cycle, turnaround time, error and rework rates. After deployment we report against that same baseline, so you can see exactly what changed. If a workflow cannot be measured, we tell you upfront — and usually recommend starting somewhere it can.
